BehindLines is an independent website, published by Vasuo Studio, who is also the editor responsible for publication. It belongs to no media group, party, government or third-party company.

Funding

The site is self-funded and, as the audience grows, funded by:

• Advertising. Ad placements may be served by an ad network (Google AdSense). Advertisers have no say over the articles, and ads are clearly separated from editorial content.
• Affiliate links. Some links may earn us a commission if you buy or subscribe after following them, at no extra cost to you. They are always disclosed as such on the page and technically marked as sponsored links. Links to our sources are never affiliate links.

Independence

No payment influences the choice of topics, the way they are covered or the sources cited. We do not publish paid articles or sponsored content disguised as news. Should a partnership ever exist, it would be stated at the top of the article concerned.
